We are looking for a experienced engineer to support our international team of consultants in real estate projects in Romania and Germany.

Tasks

• Requirement analysis - understanding clients need
• Developing best use scenarios
• Drafting programs for office and retail projects
• Preparing management presentations / decision papers
• Coordinating internal and external planners in developing the project through all phases:
  • feasibility
  • approval
  • construction

Requirements

• Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in the construction field
• International experience is a big advantage
• Analytical thinking
• Good knowledge of CAD, MS Office
• Willingness to travel in and outside the country
• Spoken and written English
• German is a big advantage
• Understanding of the real estate market and the bureaucratic procedures
