Christoph Platzer
Engineer, Director Corporate Real Estate Management - OMV PETROM SA. Specialized in corporate real estate management and organizational development. Involved since 2002 in real estate projects in Germany, Austria and Romania.
Andrea Maurer
Architect MBA, specialized in systemic consulting of organizations, project management and organizational development. Working since 1999 in real estate projects such as Shell HQ in Hamburg, Petrom-City Bucharest, Fraport Headquarters, Frankfurt.
Georg Jetas
Engineer specialized in "new forms of work", space programming, beneficiary / user representation, project management. Working since 1998 in real estate projects such as Heidelberger Druck, European Central Bank Frankfurt, Shell HQ Hamburg, Petrom City, IRIS Shopping Center, Refurbishment of Millennium Business Center.
Brigitte Schmitt
Degree in Business Administration, main expertise in shopping center and property management, refurbishment, feasibility studies. Over 18 years working in real estate projects like Hessen-Center Frankfurt, market and site analysis, assessment of shopping centers in Europe; increasing performance of real estate, concept of refurbishment of the IRIS Shopping Center.
Vladimir Nicula
Architect PhD, Assistant Professor at the Architecture University "Ion Mincu", specialized in Architectural design, urban management, project development and coordination. Working since 2000 in real estate projects such as Architects Union Building, BMW-Automobile Bavaria, National Arena, Refurbishment of Millennium Business Center.
